USG holds Official Senate meetings every Tuesday at 5:30 pm on Zoom throughout the academic school year. At these meetings the Executive Secretary is required to take detailed minutes of each meeting. The minutes are notes on what was discussed at the meeting. Minutes include: list of attendees, date and time of meeting, vote counts, topics discussed, time of adjournment and summary of reports and corresponding responses. Below we have included all the minutes of the academic year of 2021-2022.
