USG holds Official Senate meetings every Tuesday at 5:30 pm in room 3-270 throughout the academic school year. At these meetings the Executive Secretary is required to take detailed minutes of each meeting. The minutes are notes on what was discussed at the meeting. Minutes include: list of attendees, date and time of meeting, vote counts, topics discussed, time of adjournment and summary of reports and corresponding responses.
Below we have included all the minutes of the academic year of 2013-2014. The Executive Board of that year was: President, Farhana Hassan, Executive Vice President, Henry Ma, Treasurer, Santiago Gomez Flor, and Executive Secretary, Vanessa Aguilar (Summer of 2013) and Jillian Springer (September 2013-May 2014).
